Editorial: Focus on college retention will pay dividends

Kentucky public universities recently put out the call to former college students who left without a degree – come back and finish. The new Project Graduate program is making a special effort to reach out to those who have 80 or more credit hours, and offer them special assistance and considerations to help them get their bachelor’s degree. The goal, officials say, is to boost the quality of the Kentucky workforce. Read more about some college, no degree.
